Judo Training

We provide stand-alone Judo training as well as including Judo techniques in our BJJ curriculum. Judo is a dynamic Olympic sport and martial art that emphasizes efficiency, where students learn maximum efficiency with minimum effort. It focuses on using an opponent’s own strength and momentum against them, rather than relying on brute force.
